Product Name: Softener Flake

Common Name: Textile softener.

Objective:Softening agent and processing aid for natural and synthesis fibers

PH: 3-5 (6-10% SOL)

Dissolving

Low temperature method: 6-10% part of Softener Flake add to 100 part of water at 30,

stir it approximately 3-5 minutes ,soak about 1-2 hours and stir it snowly until completely dissolved to paste for standby.

Warm temperature method: 6-10% part of Softener Flake add to 100 part of water at room termperature,stir it approximately 3-5 minutes ,heats up to 50-60, stir it about 10-15 minutes until completely dissolved to paste for standby.

Application methods

Use in dyeing factory as follows:

Roll method:Weigh 2-3g of softener/L water,the products run twice soak twice roll or once soak once roll at temperature 30-40.

Soakage method: The amount of liquid product needed will obviously depend on the strength of the product but 0.3 to 0.8% solid on weight of goods is recommended,run at temperature 40-50 for 15-30 minutes, bath ratio 1:10-15.

Application methods

Being cationic Softener Flake will have affinity for fibres and can therefore be applied

by exhaust methods. A pH of 5.5 to 6.5 is recommended for maximum exhaustion.

It is also applicable by pad or immersion/ squeeze techniques,

the bath being continuously recharged during the process.

Storage

Packed in plastic bag of 25KG.Store in cold,dry conditions. Avoid high temperatures.Shelf life of 12 monthes.
