Softener RL-308

This product is a cationic softener with outstanding properties for preventing static. Material is left feeling soft and fluffy to touch after using in the fabric garment and textile finishing. It is also a green product without APEO and carcinogenic.

Product Description:

Appearance: Pale yellow powder with mini grain

Component: Special highly reactive and effective cationic of quaternary ammonium salt

Ph value: 5.0-6.0  10%SOL

Characteristics:

1.Fast water-solubility , soft and smooth, antistatic, bubble-low.

2.Single use or used with amido silicon oil.

3.Main characteristics: Convenient, energy and labor saving, use directly and not need to be diluted with water.

4.The product is very active in removing soft flake, soft extract oil and soft oil. It is upgraded of all Cationic of quaternary ammonium salt.

5.After drying with high temperature, the fabric neatened by softener hardly appears yellow, especially for pure white cotton.

6.To jeans washing, it doesnt make garment peel off or change color when used in finishing fashionable old color of garment.

Application:                

1.It can be used in after finishing of process of synthetic yarn and fabric of dyeing plant such as the cotton, linen, silk, wool, terylene, and so on.

2.Used in finishing process of jeans, washed fabrics, sweaters, etc.It is especially suitable for stone-washing and washing enzymes.

3.Used before finalizing the shape, knitted fabrics could be easily pulled to the needed width without deformation.

Instructions:

1.During the disposal of softening for the washing plant, dyeing plant and knitting plant, it should directly add soft powder in between the drum and shell of washer when washing machine is running, or dissolve it in warm water with a 1:9 proportion.Ordinarily the dosage of long jeans is 300-500g per 150pieces.

2.If the washing time is not more than 1 minute,softener powder should better be dissolved in warm water with a 1:9 proportion before added into the washing machine.
