Softener has outstanding properties for preventing static electricity of cationic softener. Material is left feeling soft to touch after use in the fabric garment and textile finishing.  This product is suitable where the requirement is for green product, containing no way APEO and carcinogenic substances.

Use: Special highly reactive and effective cationic of quaternary ammonium salt

Ph value: 6.5-7.5 10%SOL

Characteristics:

1. Have a good water-solubility fast, soft and smooth, antistatic, bubble-low.

2.It can be used with silicon or used alone.

3.Main characteristics: It is convenience for users to put it directly into washing machine and need not to be diluted with water.

4.This product has an excellent softening effect on garment in place of softener and soft oil and soft extract oil. It is updated of all Cationic of quaternary ammonium salt.

5. After putting in high temperature drying of softening garment, it does not appear yellow on fabric, especially for pure white cotton.

6. During washing for jeans, it does not make garment peel off or change color when used in finishing fashionable old color of garment.

Application:                                                                                  

1. It can be used after finishing of process of synthetic yarn and fabric of dyeing plant such as the cotton, linen, silk, wool and so on.

2.Used in finishing process of jeans, washed fabrics, sweaters, etc.

3. It can be pulled as width as the requirement of fabric and isn't easily deformed when used in before finalizing the design of knitted fabrics.

Instruction:

1.During the disposal of softening for the washing plant, dyeing plant and knitting plant, it should directly add soft powder in between the drum and shell of washer when washing machine is running. Ordinarily the dosage of long jeans is 300-500g per 150pieces.

2.Under normal speed in the machine, it can be completely dissolved in water of 45~55 and absorbed by fabric in one minute or at the following temperatures; 35~45,2 minutes;25~35,3 minutes. Optimum use is in 40~50 and 3-5 minutes.

Packing:

1.Packed in fabric bag, in 25kg bag.

2.To keep free from water and wet, store in cool dry environment. After opening, the product may absorb moisture but this will not affect normal usage.

3. Durability for one year in unopened packing state.
